Our Story

Our Company was established with a plan to help assist in the California housing crisis, Tiny home style. With the spike in not just housing prices but also rent rates combining households has spiked and continues to increase. Investing in real estate has always been a passive income option, but now there are way more options than just buying a property and renting it out. One of our involved owners has over 40 years in real estate and is very familiar with the process of building from the ground up, remodeling, or reconstruction projects. The other owner has over 25 years of mortgage financing.
